We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive with at least 1 year of experience in corporate compliance. The ideal candidate should possess qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS), Semi-qualified CS, Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), or an MBA in Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. corporate compliance while working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for annual report filings, insurance renewals, compliance research, procurement of bonds, and more.
Job Location :
- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings :
- 6pm to 3am
- Monday to Friday
- Work from office only
Responsibilities:
Annual Report Filing:
- Manage and submit annual reports to the appropriate state authorities in the U.S.
Insurance Management:
- Handle insurance renewals and obtain Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain quotes and ensure timely renewals.
Compliance Research:
- Conduct compliance research across various U.S. states and provide insights to ensure regulatory adherence.
Prequalification Applications:
- Assist the team in submitting prequalification applications for subcontracting opportunities.
- Entity Registration:
- Oversee the registration and compliance processes for different business entities (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp) across multiple states.
Contractor Registration:
- Manage applications for contractor registrations across different U.S. states.
Administrative Compliance Support:
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, deadlines, and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
Procurement of Bonds:
- Work with surety companies to obtain bonds for various projects.
Skills Required :
Education:
- Company Secretary (CS), Semi-qualified CS, Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), or an MBA in Finance.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate compliance, particularly in areas such as annual report filings, insurance renewals, or entity registration.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of U.S. corporate compliance, including state-specific regulations.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling insurance renewals and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Knowledge of compliance processes in the construction or subcontracting industry.
