We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in full-stack digital marketing in the B2B space (preferably USA market Experience). This role is critical to driving our brand visibility and revenue generation through various marketing channels.

Job Location :

  • Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings :

  • 2pm to 11pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work from office only

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute all marketing activities, including Inbound and Outbound campaigns, to achieve marketing goals.
  • Enhance brand visibility and drive revenue generation through digital marketing channels such as Web, Social Media, SEO/SEM, PR, Events, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company-specific goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Support the creation and distribution of engaging and effective marketing content.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to enhance our marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in full-stack digital marketing, with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Experience working with the US market and a strong understanding of regional dynamics.
  • Excellent analytics and planning ability to support the HOD in annual strategy formulation.
  • A go-getter with a dynamic personality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A hands-on leader with a firm belief in disciplined execution and ability to innovate.

Preferred Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Experience in the construction or building products industry.
