Project Engineer

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt Ltd based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction group of companies:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic AEC team. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication among all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the AEC industry, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of Proposals, Submittals, Change orders and Project schedules.

Job Location :

  • Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings :

  • 6 PM to 3 AM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work from office only

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Update and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Track resource utilization and availability, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Identify/monitor potential project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project activities comply with organizational standards and client specifications.
  • Assist in conducting quality checks and audits to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
  • Ensure regular site visits to monitor project progress, coordinate with site teams, and resolve any issues.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/Construction Management/ Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination.
  • Familiarity with US AEC industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Thorough understanding of Architectural Drawings, BOQs/Project Estimation of Building Products.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and site coordination.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make procurement decisions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Proposals, Submittals, Change order, Project Schedule.
  • Willingness to travel to US project sites and client meetings as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
